What
is my customer ID number?
At
the
beginning of your first purchase you will be issued what we call
a customer ID number. This is a one of a kind number that allows us to
keep track of you in our system. The reason is that this will allow you
to receive your customer bonuses because we can look up in our system
if you have previously qualified for such.
How Do I
use my customer ID number?
When
you
return to JWorks to purchase another product, you must have
your customer ID number with you in order to receive your discounts. On
the Build My Logo
page, under "Customer Status" (the first section), select "Returning
Customer". Underneath that you will see a text box labeled "Customer ID
Number". There is where you will enter your customer ID number. After
that, if your package qualifies, you should receive your 10% discount
and other benefits.

If
I was referred by another customer, how do I get my referral customer
discount?
When
you
return to JWorks to purchase a product as a referred customer,
you must have the customer ID number of the person who referred
you in order to receive your discount. On
the Build My Logo
page, under "Customer Status" (the first section), select "Was Referred
By Prev. Customer". Underneath that you will see a text box labeled
"Customer ID
Number". There is where you will enter the customer ID number. After
that you should receive your referred customer discount. You will then
be given your own customer ID number and after the completion of your
purchase, you may be eligible for your own customer benefits. To view

How
can I request a/another CD copy of all of my logos (in all of its
formats)?
To
request
a CD copy of your logos, you can contact us at Questions@JWorksStudios.com
Be
sure to
include your customer
ID number
and the logo that you want to request (if not all).
We
will
then ask for your mailing address and it should arrive to you
shortly.

...Sure...Our ears are open. Although
all of
our
paying customers get their own ad page with their info on it, it is a
possibility that we can strike a deal and we'll let you advertise on

built this website?
This entire site was
built from the ground up by the President of JWorks Studios.

you build WEB SITES? If so, how much do you charge?
Not normally, but sure,

What can you expect?

secure your Domain Name (.com, .net, or whatever you want)
- We'll
search and find a Site Host with many features for your future
expansions *1 or more year plan
- We'll
do a standard 5 pages (more if needed)

supply standard site graphics (buttons, banners, etc.)--FlashTM
Animated logos and other items will be extra
- We'll
register your website with internet search engines
- And
we'll try to squeeze this all in in about a week, two if neccessary.
- Ballpark
price will be around the neighborhood of $600 - $700,
depending
on the cost of Site Host and features you want implemented in your site.
Although,
web
building isn't our main focus and just so happens to be something we're
good at, it's STILL cheaper than dedicated site building companies!
In
the future, we DO plan to incorporate site building as one of our
standard services.
